1️⃣ Jump rope before exercising. This will warm up your body and protect you from possible injury.
✅ Do this exercise for 5-10 minutes.

2- Jumping Jacks

1️⃣ Stand with your feet together and hands at your sides.
2️⃣ In one motion, hop your feet out to the side and raise your arms overhead.
3️⃣ Immediately reverse that motion by jumping back to the starting position.
✅ Complete 30 repetitions.

3- Burpees

How to do burpees for beginners

1️⃣ Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
2️⃣ Lower into squat position with hands resting on the floor in front of you.
3️⃣ Push your legs back to the push-up position and lower your chest to the floor.
4️⃣ Go back up to position two, pushing both feet forward to return to the squat position.
5️⃣ Jump up and raise both hands overhead.
✅ Perform 10 repetitions.



4- Step-Ups

1️⃣ Stand with a bench or step in front of you.
2️⃣ Starting with your right foot, step up onto the bench, lightly tapping your left foot against the surface while keeping your weight on your right heel.
3️⃣ Bring your left foot back down to the floor while keeping your right foot on the bench.
✅ Repeat 3 sets of 12 reps and then switch legs.
