15-Minute Workout For Round Butt and Toned Abs

To have great abs and but you don’t need a miracle, what you need is a proper diet and 15 minutes of your time every day. When it comes to exercise, it is important to do which ones are the most effective.

We recommend you these 7 exercises to do them on a daily basis, in the morning soon as you wake up. This way you will not feel sleepy and will feel fresh throughout the whole day.

1. SWIMMING

Lay down on your stomach and lift your arms and legs in the air. Make movement as you are swimming using your feet and hands. Repeat it for 20 times.

2. CRUNCHES WITH KNEES UP

lay down on your back and bent your knees to a 90-degree angle. Raise your upper body using your abdominal muscles and hold for few seconds. After that lower your body and stretch it out. Do this exercise 10 times.

3. SQUATS



Start with your feet and shoulder wide apart. spread your hands in front of you and remember to keep your back straight at all times. Now slowly move down as you are sitting on a chair as much as you can. Get back into the initial position and repeat the process. Repeat this exercise 20 times.

4. BICYCLE

Place your hands on top of your head and lift your legs up. Move your legs as you are riding a bicycle. Do this as much as you can.

5. GLUTE KICKBACK

Position yourself on all fours and kick one leg after the other back. Repeat it 10 times.



6. PLANK

Position yourself in a push-up position with your elbows on the ground. Kepp your back straight and hold this position as much as you can.

7. GLUTE BRIDGE

Lay down on the ground with your palms facing down and your feet static on the floor. Lif your body by using your feet and hips. Repeat it 15 times.
