Complete 2 sets of each exercise below, don’t rest until you finish the

30 Jumping Jacks - workout challenge
It is one of the best plyometric exercises out there, and it’s a
fantastic cardio workout. If you’re looking for a way to improve your
speed, then it is the exercise for you.
20 Deep Squats - workout challenge
This exercise works all the muscles in your lower body, including your
quads, glutes and hamstrings. It also provides strength to your abdomen,
as you need your deep abdominal muscles and back to keep your torso
upright and perform this exercise correctly.

20 Alternating leg lifts
10 Burpees
The great thing about burpees is that they combine cardio and strength in
one exercise. A burpee is a complex full-body exercise that will work your
upper and lower body at the same time with a strong focus on the core. For
an extra cardio punch, add a jump into the mix before the squat.

This is one of the best upper body exercises because it works so many
segments; the chest, back, arms and even abs.
