Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Joseph Baena isn't waiting for the new year
to hit the gym.
The second-generation bodybuilder, 23, took to Instagram Stories
showcasing his hard work training in the gym, as he said he was 'leaving
this year wide and pumped!'
The Pepperdine University alum was shirtless with black athletic pants
with a vertical white stripe and checkerboard Vans slip-ons as he executed
a litany of machine reps focusing on his back and shoulders.
He added multiple Christmas tree emojis, calling attention to a Christmas
tree likeness on the development of one's lower back.
'Having strong and well-developed lower-back muscles - which are composed
primarily of the erector spinae muscles - not only creates that impressive
“Christmas tree” that some bodybuilders wow judges with,' according to a

The ex-California governor, 73, is also dad to sons Patrick, 27, and
Christopher, 23, and daughters Christina, 29, and Katherine Schwarzenegger
Pratt, 31, all of whom he shares with ex-wife Maria Shriver, 65.
Schwarzenegger and Baena, prior to the lockdown, had regular workouts at
Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, California, where Arnold's star rose as a
seven-time Mr. Olympia ahead of his Hollywood breakout.
They have since been seen on bicycling outings in Los Angeles, as
Schwarzenegger has with his other kids amid the pandemic lockdown.
